3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Production & Handling Time: 1–3 business days after your purchase

  • Standard Transit Time: 5–10 business days (after dispatch)

Please note that production time may vary slightly during peak seasons or for high-demand products.

4. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support splitting a single order across multiple shipping addresses.
If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders.

5. PO Boxes / APO / FPO Addresses

Whether we can deliver to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses depends on the specific carrier assigned to your product.
We will confirm your shipping details before dispatch.
If your address is undeliverable, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a refund.

6. Duties & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped from within the United States.

  • Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout, where applicable.

  • For shipments outside the US (if applicable in future), orders would be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — meaning any VAT, duties, or customs fees would be the responsibility of the recipient.
