1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for the following situations:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective or damaged item

  • Item not as described

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via joysguruonline@gmail.com with photos of the product issue.

  • Upon approval, we will provide return instructions or process a refund.

Please do not return the item directly to the supplier unless instructed.

3. Refunds

  • nce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we are not responsible for shipping delays, we will assist in tracking lost packages and file claims when necessary.
